Mike is the Managing Director of the Lyon Group and has the primary responsibility for the ongoing management, consultancy and completion of the Group’s property developments. Mike also oversees the acquisition and development of new projects. Mike has an in-depth knowledge of property development from 30 years’ experience in the industry and has been involved in the delivery of commercial, residential, retail and industrial property projects. Mike is ultimately responsible for all functions of the Lyon Group organisation including financial operations for the diverse range of investment assets. Mike has an MBA from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW and was previously a CPA.
Debbie organises the plan, design, detail and supervises the construction and refurbishment of the Lyon Group Hotels & Holiday Park Cabins. She undertakes design of projects from concept to completion by defining project requirements and schedule of works.
ichard comes from a diverse and varied background from building, agriculture and sales in numerous industries and countries. Initially he joined Lyon Estate Agents as a fully accredited agent/licensee.
As the Development Manager he manages assets from infrastructure upgrades, structural repairs, renovations, property management and subdivision sales working closely with agents and respective managers across the various businesses form hotels, caravan parks, sand mines and pastoral.

Annabel performs accounting for the Lyon Group of Companies, this incorporates accounting policies and standards for bank compliance. She handles rentals, and all payroll duties and liaises with external stakeholders. Annabel oversees all business administration aspects and duties for the Director to assist in achieving business objectives.
