The Seahorse Inn is a heritage listed luxurious boutique hotel situated on the shores of Twofold Bay, Boydtown, on the NSW Far South Coast.  Featuring stunning views across the bay to Eden, it offers the unforgettable experience of a luxury, contemporary escape in beautiful surroundings.  On entering the hotel there is an ambience of old-world charm combined with modern luxury.  Built in 1843 the hotel’s foundation was made of sandstone from Pyrmont in Sydney which was shipped to Twofold Bay and carried from the shore to the site on bullock wagon.  The cedar and oak fittings were imported from England with original detail such as hand-carved doors, stained-glass ornamentation, winding staircases, large open grates and attic bedrooms.

The Seahorse Inn is set amidst sprawling lawns and lush gardens.  There are 10 newly refurbished hotel rooms and just completed is the stand alone selfcontained Captain’s Cottage.  This luxury accommodation is a perfect Wedding Suite with a deluxe king size bed (or twin beds on request), gas fireplace and luxurious bathroom with a separate free-standing bath. There is a fully self-contained kitchen and a private BBQ patio area in a country garden setting.

The Seahorse Inn Brasserie serves Australian Cuisine specialising in fresh local seafood accompanied by fine wines from many regions of Australia. Enjoy a cool ale, delicious snack, barista coffee or Devonshire tea anytime during the day in air-conditioned comfort or on the patio overlooking the bay.
